Trilogy Terms & Conditions

Agreement

By utilizing services provided by Trilogy Fitness (Studio Trilogy LLC), including but not limited to class attendance, personal training, workshops, facility use, and online content access, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you (the "Member") and Studio Trilogy LLC.

Membership

  • Eligibility: Membership and class participation are open to individuals 18 years or older. Minors may participate with a parent or legal guardian's written consent and waiver.

  • Types: Trilogy Fitness offers a variety of membership options, including monthly memberships, class packs, and drop-in classes. See our current pricing for details.

  • Auto-Renewal: Monthly memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Billing: Payment for memberships and class packs is processed through our secure payment system. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in membership suspension.

  • Refunds: Except where required by Louisiana law, memberships and class packs are non-refundable.

Class Reservations & Cancellations

  • Reservations: Members are encouraged to reserve classes in advance through our online booking system or app. [Note: If not using an online system, detail how reservations are made].

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [Insert timeframe – ex: 12 hours] before class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Fee: Members who do not cancel within the required timeframe and fail to attend a reserved class will incur a no-show fee.

  • Waitlist: If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified if a spot opens. Waitlist policies adhere to the same cancellation rules.

  • Class Changes: Trilogy Fitness reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, and class formats.

Waiver and Release of Liability

  • Acknowledgement of Risk: You understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the potential for injury. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

  • Health Representation: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no health conditions that would prevent you from participating safely in our classes and services.

  • Medical Consultation: It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to beginning any fitness program, especially if you have any health concerns.

  • Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, you release Studio Trilogy LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, and contractors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of your participation in our services.

Studio Policies

  • Respectful Environment: Trilogy Fitness is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment free from harassment or discrimination of any kind.

  • Equipment Use: Please use studio equipment and facilities responsibly. Return all equipment to its proper place, and report any damage immediately.

  • Personal Belongings: Trilogy Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items. [Detail if lockers are provided, etc.]

  • Guest Policy: Members may have guests under specific plans or promotions as outlined in our pricing and membership policies. Guests must sign a liability waiver and may be subject to class availability restrictions.

  • Photography/Videography: For the privacy of our members and staff, photography or videography within the studio is prohibited without prior authorization.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Trilogy Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner through [indicate methods: email, website notice, etc.].

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

By signing a membership agreement, purchasing a class pack, or participating in any Trilogy Fitness services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
