Why Movement: Movement’s healing properties, both physical and emotional, have in more than one way saved my life. In a group setting, this is amplified by the energy of motivation and community we create together, and that energy is GOLD.
Specialties: Mindful mobility for pain reduction is my happy place.
Teaching Style: Finding joy in hard work is the centerpiece of my training philosophy and life approach, so be ready to fall in love with sweating your face off.

Why Movement: As a competitive swimmer, Taylor is no stranger to hard work! After a few years off, she rediscovered movement in her thirties, and realized that movement is always for everyone in one way shape or form. Movement is her homebase. Taylor believes there are many ways to define strong, but the foundation for movement is always listening to your body.
Teaching Style: Taylor is just here for the sweat, the squats, and the planks. She'll build you up stronger and more empowered, we guarantee it.
