LIFT
45 Minutes
Build lean muscle mass and increase bone density in this strength training, circuit-based, group personal training session. Smaller classes allow for personal adjustments, suggestions and more education on functional movement and alignment. Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bands, and Balance Pads used for class.
* Shoes recommended, mats provided.
Core & Stretch
30 minutes
Core Strength isn’t just about abs! Utilizing Kettlebells, Bands, and Body Weight, we will work the core in its entirety. Recovery stretches blended in to the work will leave you feeling awake and ready.

A fusion of 30 minute high-intensity, interval-based cycling followed by 25 minutes of hip & spinal mobility and full-body stretching. You will never feel yummier.
